Recently moved into town and was unsure where I should service my vehicle. I stopped in and spoke with the Service Manager, Nick, about an issue I was having with the transmission in my Honda Pilot. Nick thoroughly explained the diagnostic process which made me feel comfortable dropping my vehicle off somewhere new. He went above and beyond in working with my extended warranty after the diagnostics revealed I needed my transmission replaced. It's great to see businesses still focused on treating their customers right. I will absolutely return for service in the future!

The folks at Albany Honda are honest and so easy to do business with. It is an excellent buying experience. Courtney, the Product Specialist not only answered all our questions but also set up all the features on our new vehicle to our preferences. Mo, the Manager and Deldric the Finance Manager are equally helpful, informative and knowledgeable. I teach Customer Service for the Hospitality Industry so I know genuine Customer Service. Five Stars isn't enough to express how good these people are.

Purchased a new vehicle from here. Easy transaction. Getting my SUV serviced is also a breeze. I make my appointment online and the service is normally done within the hour. Salesman Peyton was great and Karen in the shop is wonderful. Great and quiet atmosphere if you decide to sit and wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Good job Albany Honda!
